Dirty’s Sandwiches is a Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation
(MEHKO) in Riverside California. We're excited to share a rotating menu of some of our favorite sandwiches, sides, desserts and drinks. As a home kitchen, we're proud to join CookConnect in being able to share our food with you. Check out our latest menu and order using the button below.
Our noble, pork belly sandwich is joining the ranks of the Chicken Samuel as one of our new favorites. Braised for as long as it takes to watch the Martin Scorsese film, The Irishman with a couple of snack/bathroom breaks built in. A little sweet and savory, served with freshly pickled cucumbers, fresh jalapeno for a little heat, drizzled with a citrus aioli that grabs the insides of your cheeks and pulls. All in a toasty kaiser roll.
Lemons, oranges, sugar and water squeezed and used to wash down everything you've just eaten.
A fried ear of corn, tossed with sweet and spicy seasoning and a lil' lime. Served with an Aji Verde sauce.
A fried chicken sandwich. Crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle; brushed with the heat and sweet of Gochujang and honey; tangy dill pickles, nutty sesame seeds, creamy mayo on a toasted bun.
The flavor of our Chicken Samuel sandwich on fries. House-seasoned fries topped with fried chicken, pickles, sesame seeds and a gochujang-honey mayo.
Beefy Portobello mushrooms sautéed with onion, ginger, garlic and sage; nutty, tangy melted Swiss cheese all caught on toasted, earthy Rye bread. No animals were killed in the making of this sandwich, but we'd still call it meaty.
All of the flavor of our mushroom and Swiss cheese sandwich on house-seasoned french fries. Melted Swiss cheese, flavorful meaty mushrooms, toasted Caraway seeds and sweet, smokey french fries.
A chocolate chip cookie harboring a little orange zest, topped with sea salt. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside.
You've seen em' in a thousand different restaurants but you've never tasted them like this. What the "this" in the last sentence is referring to is our house made spice mix in which our fried potatoes are tossed.
