Bahn You? Bahn Mi!
A juicy 24 hour marinated sirloin steak. Fresh veggies; sweet, pickled carrot and daikon, cucumber, jalapeño and cilantro. A crisp and airy baguette with fluffy mayo. A Vietnamese-French Sandwich that's sweet, savory, tangy, soft and crunchy.
Bahn Mi Loaded Fries
All the flavor of our Bahn Mi sandwich on fries. 24-hour marinated steak, lime mayo, sweet, pickled carrot and daikon, fresh jalapeno, cucumber, and cilantro on top of house-seasoned French fries.
Corn Ribs
Currently not in season. A fried ear of corn, tossed with sweet and spicy seasoning and a lil' lime. Served with an Aji Verde sauce.
Dirty Smash Burger
Two Oklahoma-style Smash patties (that means with super thinly sliced onion smashed into the patty), melted American cheese, shredded lettuce, toasted bun and topped with Dirty’s take on Alabama White BBQ Sauce.
Fried Potatoes
You've seen em' in a thousand different restaurants but you've never tasted them like this. What the "this" in the last sentence is referring to is our house made spice mix in which our fried potatoes are tossed.
